We worked with Harvard alumni and leading tech experts to define clear goals for the Web 3.0 Accelerator, ensuring high school students gain hands-on experience and essential skills in emerging technologies.

Program Goals:

• Master Web 3.0 & Decentralization – Develop a deep understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized networks.

• Enhance Technical & Communication Skills – Strengthen coding abilities while learning to articulate complex ideas and collaborate effectively.

• Apply Knowledge Through Real-World Projects – Work with a tech startup to create innovative solutions and build personal projects.

We collaborated closely with The Growthosphere, Imerxn, and Archipelago Rising, setting biweekly meetings over the three months leading up to the program, each with clear objectives to ensure alignment and progress.

To support seamless implementation, we developed a comprehensive Notion-based program management system for the Program Dean, integrating both backend and frontend workflows. This system also served as a learning management tool, streamlining execution and tracking participant progress.

We managed the entire application process end to end, ensuring a seamless experience for students, parents, and partner organizations.

This included conducting informational interviews with parents, setting up and managing applications via Google Forms, curating applicant lists for the program partners, and handling all communication and logistics for selection.

We oversaw the execution of the 30-day Web 3.0 Accelerator, ensuring smooth operations across all program components.

This included coordinating with speakers and stakeholders, managing orientation and closing ceremonies, and structuring the program for maximum engagement.

Additionally, we provided detailed data and insights to the marketing team to enhance outreach and engagement for the next cohort.
