The Ohio State University Office of International Affairs connected with us for end-to-end online Event Production services for an international conference. The department had an internal team with high skill in terms of marketing but very limited availability combined with an imminent event date approaching.

We collaboratively developed goal clarity for the event alongside the host, keeping in mind prior discussions with stakeholders.
Goal: The AIEA Thematic Forum aimed to provide higher education professionals with tools and strategies to enhance global-mindedness and inculcate practices combatting discrimination and prejudice.

We set a weekly meeting with each stakeholder group over the month lead to the event. This allowed us to curate the event playbook to meet each of their needs.
We then coordinated and hosted a large group meeting with all stakeholders one week ahead of the conference for smooth alignment.

The day long virtual event was hosted on Zoom, with 150+ participants from across the US and Europe.
Panelists shared European and US perspectives and approaches for tackling contemporary critical issues, and compared lessons learned.

We created a post-event report that broke down key insights from each session and compiled resources to ensure actionable outcomes.
